Buckley precinct forms both the gateway to, and the heart of, the Hobsonville Point community. The first precinct to be developed starting in 2008, it is now home to over 200 families, and counting. Buckley precinct is already well established with completed roads, mature landscaping and a range of housing types including stand-alone homes, terraces and apartments.
Catalina precinct is situated in the north east of the peninsula eastern, and is bordered by the amazing 11ha wilderness park which is Bomb Point (Onekiritea). A central tree-lined avenue will run, west-to-east, through the heart of Catalina precinct, from Hobsonville Point Road to Bomb Point and the harbour. The precinct comprises 31ha including Bomb Point and the neighbourhood will include a mix of apartments, terraces and stand alone houses; a total of 450 homes.
