Hobsonville Point’s first residential release (also known as Buckley Precinct on the council plan) is in partnership with Australian publicly listed residential property development and home building company, AVJennings.
The first residential release sits on approximately 32 hectares of land on the upper Waitemata Harbour where AVJennings will see the development of around 660 dwellings.
