The visionary design and architecture of Hobsonville Point is continuing to be recognised as a spearhead of the development industry through several prestigious awards. The awards celebrate both Hobsonville Point's exceptional design and forward-thinking homes. At this year's Registered Master Builders Association House of the Year Awards, the Hobsonville Point team came home with an impressive medal haul.

Jalcon Homes, one of five building partners involved in the development of Hobsonville Point was awarded a gold medal at the regional awards as well as being the overall Home Show category winner. In the same category Universal Homes, another Hobsonville Point building partner, scooped two bronze medals.

G.J. Gardner too has been bringing home the metal with its showhome at Hobsonville Point recently winning the 'International G.J. Gardner Showhome of the Year Award'. This quality home competed against other entries from New Zealand, Australia and America to win the prestigious prize. Earlier on, Hobsonville Point was praised for its distinctively Auckland character and the way it responds naturally to the landscape. The Hobsonville Point design team received a silver award in the category of Landscape Planning and Environmental Studies at the NZ Institute of Landscape Architects Awards (NZILA) by developing the Hobsonville Point Design Code and Design Guide. This award was proudly accepted by Isthmus Group on behalf of the Hobsonville Point team and recognises both the Design Code and Guide as exceptional templates that are expected to become a best practice model and valuable resource for architectural and landscape architects.

Hobsonville Point also received an Urban Land Developments Property Award of Merit at the Rider Levett NZ Property Council Industry Awards 2011.
