Hobsonville Point is located on 167 hectares of magnificent, upper Waitemata Harbour land with 270 degree coastal views. It is in a prime location, with easy access to Westgate and Albany town centres in an area of Auckland that will see major growth in coming years. The development will also open up 4km of stunning upper harbour waterfront to the public for the first time, with walkways and cycleways including approximately 14kms of dedicated pedestrian and cycle routes. Hobsonville Point will also be well-served by public transport including direct access to the new SH18 Upper Harbour Motorway, the ferry service opening late 2012 and improved local bus services.
